Welcome to the Section of Hospital Dentistry at Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine - the home of the Divisions of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, and Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. The Center for Oral, Facial and Head Pain and the General Practice Residency also reside within the Section. The Section is committed to providing the highest quality patient care, residency training, and research in oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral and maxillofacial pathology, and general dentistry.

Under the direction of our highly trained faculty, our educational programs, faculty practices, and laboratories are integrated with one another and with the extensive resources of Columbia University Medical Center, to expertly train the next generation of oral and maxillofacial surgeons, oral and maxillofacial pathologists, and general dentists, and to provide the highest level of patient care.
