It is assigned to you at your time of hire.

You will receive an @cumc.columbia.edu email account when you begin working at CDM. If you were not notified your CUIMC email account was created, you will need to have your department or division request one for you. Please note:
- Your UNI and CUIMC email passwords do not automatically synchronize. Changing your UNI account password will not change your email password and vice versa.
- When off campus, connecting to your email requires Duo multi-factor authentication, and requires that you download the Duo mobile app.
