Welcome to the Section of Oral, Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Sciences at Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine - the home of the Divisions of Foundational Sciences, Periodontics, and Prosthodontics. The Section is committed to excellence in the three core missions of the College of Dental Medicine (CDM): education, research, and patient care.

The section not only contributes significantly to the educational programs of the DDS curriculum at CDM but also houses vibrant postdoctoral education programs of international stature. It provides patient care encompassing several disciplines at the highest level and continuously generates new knowledge through its active research programs.
